WHO ARE WE?
Three ENSBANA (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Biologie Appliquée à la Nutrition et à l’Alimentation, food industry engineering school) engineers founded the Sensina company. Sensina provides innovative services in the sensory analysis field.

Sensina has original assets:
- A franco-chinese team
- The knowledge of both French and Chinese cultures
- French, English and Chinese speaking

These advantages have helped our team to develop sensory analysis methods and protocols which match the Chinese population.

Sensina is a two-part structure:

- The company is based in Dijon, in the midst of a rich technical and scientific environment.
- Our Chinese partners make their sensory laboratories in Beijing and Shanghai available to us.
